Leah Jennifer Ayuma

Leah Jennifer Ayuma is a finance and human resources professional with extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Rainforest Alliance since January 2019. With a strong background in supporting donor financial reports and managing budgets, Leah has played a critical role in various positions, including leading annual budgeting processes and overseeing recruitment and staff development initiatives. Previous roles include Finance and Administrative Officer at UTZ Kenya-Rainforest Alliance and Finance and Admin Officer at Nairobi Coffee Exchange, where Leah implemented key financial and HR systems.
