Robert Odoom

Robert Odoom currently serves as the Regional Accounting Manager for Africa at Rainforest Alliance, a position held since August 2015, where responsibilities include leading budget planning and execution, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with donor policies. Previously, Robert Odoom worked as a Senior Associate in Finance and Administration for Rainforest Alliance in Ghana, managing payroll, bookkeeping, and compliance with donor procurement and reporting requirements. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Accountant at Lesico Ghana Ltd, an Audit Senior at O.A.K Chartered Accountants, and an Audit Trainee at MGI Hydefynn and Osei Chartered Accountants. Robert Odoom holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and has completed ACCA Part 2.
