Deborah Doll

Deborah Doll has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Deborah started their career in 2019 at Premera Blue Cross as a Senior Strategic Business Consultant. In this role, they served as the Chief of Staff and Coach for the Digital Web space, conducting portfolio health assessments and implementing critical area status dashboards.

In 2020, Deborah worked at Seagen as a Sr Program Manager for IT Operations Transformation. Their responsibilities included providing strategic and operations consulting for IT operations maturity transformation and developing and managing the program framework for the transformation program.

Simultaneously, they attended NYFA (New York Fashion Academy) from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Certification in Fashion Design & Construction.
