Swetha Jagadeesh

Swetha Jagadeesh has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Swetha started their career as an intern at Airvana, where they designed an Android App and a web application for data collection and statistical analysis of 4G devices. Swetha also worked as an R&D Engineer at Airvana, where they designed the web user interface for a project.

Swetha then joined NetApp as a Member Technical Staff and automated the Build and Deployment of MyAutoSupport/UA through Jenkins. Swetha wrote scripts and integrated tools to enable easy integration with internal services and reduce manual deployment overhead.

Swetha then worked as a Software Development Engineer at Capillary Technologies, where they worked on integration projects connecting online and offline stores. Swetha developed integration modules using Apache Camel and owned end-to-end integration for Hardees and KFC Market, significantly reducing labor and maintenance costs.

At Amazon, Swetha held two roles. First, they worked as a Programmer Analyst, where they designed and documented REST/HTTP APIs used by 250+ carriers, reducing manual effort and overall turn-around time. Later, they returned as a Software Engineer and was responsible for rearchitecting and migrating the legacy Static Page generator Cron Job to AWS. Swetha improved the code's resiliency, improved the developer experience, and made the code extensible to add new marketplaces in the future.

Currently, Swetha is working as a Data Engineer at Raining Virtue Inc.

Swetha Jagadeesh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PSG College Of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at Avila convent from 2008 to 2010.
