Tara Clem is a seasoned executive in product management and design, currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Raintree Systems since November 2024. Previously, Tara held the position of Senior Vice President of Product Management at Nextech Systems and Senior Vice President of Product at Therapy Brands, where responsibilities included leading therapy software solutions and product organizations. Tara's experience also encompasses roles such as Head of Product at TheraNest and ChipRewards, along with key leadership in user experience design as Creative Director for Product Design at CTS, Inc. and Vice President of Digital & Creative Services at Cummings Creative Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Business, and Marketing from the University of Mississippi and an Applied Science degree in Information Technology Web Development from ITT.
