Aihui Ong

Aihui Ong is a seasoned technology and investment leader with extensive experience in founding and leading successful organizations in various sectors. Currently serving as a General Partner at Transform Capital since June 2021, Aihui focuses on investing in technology startups, prioritizing philanthropy. In addition to that role, Aihui serves on the board of Raise and is an Investment Partner at XFactor Ventures, advocating for female and mixed-gender founders. Aihui's previous leadership roles include CEO of Whistle Labs, where innovative wearable pet products were developed, and founder and CEO of EdgiLife and Love With Food, both of which were acquired. Aihui has also held senior positions at SnackNation, EdgiLabs Inc., PeopleSoft Inc., and Accenture, with a strong background in ERP systems and software engineering. Aihui holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
