Ethan Rhee

Ethan Rhee has a diverse work experience. Ethan currently works at Raise Green as a Sales and Project Onboarding Manager since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Principal at Farmy Inc. from 2021, where they were responsible for building the world's most sustainable communities. From 2018 to 2021, they were employed at BRIDGE Housing Corporation as a Development/Capital Markets. From 2017 to 2021, they were an Analyst at NewOak, where they were responsible for portfolio analysis, investment analysis, market research, database management, new investment sourcing, and assisting in acquisition underwriting. From 2016 to 2021, they were employed at Ranger Properties, LLC as a Project Management/Acquisitions and at The Green Schools Alliance as a UX Design/Product Development. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Research Assistant with Professor Jennifer Minner, and they were also employed at NewOak as a Real Estate Debt Investments.

Ethan Rhee graduated from Cornell University with a B.S in City Regional Planning.
