Annabel Graham is an experienced executive and team coach, currently serving as an Accredited Master Executive & Team Coach, Coach Supervisor, and Facilitator at Successful Training since November 2012. Specializing in executive and leadership coaching, systemic team coaching, and strategy facilitation, Annabel designs bespoke leadership programs focusing on areas such as authentic leadership and high-performance cultures. Additionally, Annabel is a Senior Consultant and Leadership Development Specialist at Raise the Bar and a Senior Consultant at edoMidas Ltd, contributing to leadership development initiatives using proven methodologies. Past roles include various leadership positions in well-known organizations such as Fired Earth and Ikea, alongside a strong educational background with a Master's in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's in Mediterranean Archaeology and Ancient Greek.
