Janette Healey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within the education and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Apprenticeships & Quality at Raise the Bar since November 2019, Janette oversees all aspects of the Apprenticeship Division, including compliance, quality, and operational delivery. Previous roles include Performance Manager at The Growth Company, Operations Manager responsible for Skills support for businesses in Lancashire, and National Sales and Operations Manager at learndirect Limited, where oversight included a significant team and program performance. Janette's career commenced in retail management, gaining experience at St Helens College and holding senior positions at B&Q and Dixons Retail, where notable achievements included substantial sales growth and national recognition for operational efficiency. Janette's educational background includes a degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
