Lilit Sargsyan

Lilit Sargsyan currently serves as the Director of Talent Operations at Raised, a company that connects organizations with senior professionals for fractional and advising roles, involving a network of over 300 professionals with notable backgrounds. Previously, Lilit held the position of President at Erasmus Student Network Armenia and worked as a Communication Mentor for the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility, where mentoring supported communication labs for civil society organizations in Armenia. Lilit also contributed to the Armenian Code Academy in various roles including Business Development and Partnerships Manager, Sales Support Coordinator, and Sales Support Specialist. Lilit earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Yerevan State University between 2017 and 2021.
