Eileen Souza possesses extensive experience in operations and data analytics, currently serving as Director of Global Operations at Twilio after holding the role of Senior Manager, Data Analytics in Services Operations. Prior to Twilio, Eileen held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Coordinate and various roles at Verizon Wireless, including Senior Manager of Executive Relations for Strategic Insights and Data Analytics, Project Manager for Operational Excellence with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and Senior Consultant in Process Engineering. Eileen holds a Masters of Applied Learning and Management in International Business Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Strayer University.
