Amy is also a Co-Founder and Board Member of Project FoundED, an organization dedicated to removing barriers to EdTech innovation and adoption, with a goal of improving equitable learning outcomes. Amy played a key role in forming the organization, curating resources for the community, launching earned revenue models, and supporting organizations in developing their digital strategies.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Amy served as the Chief Operating Officer at Métiér, a business management and optimization platform. In this role, they led cross-functional teams, achieved significant software growth, oversaw managed services with high profitability and customer retention rates, developed training programs, integrated CRM and marketing automation software, and implemented recruiting automation.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on driving positive change in various sectors.

Amy Vaccari Mandrier has a Master's Degree in Operations Management from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Amy also has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Westminster College (PA).
