Jamie Ling has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1995, Jamie worked as an Account Executive at Getty Images for two years. Following this, they joined Photolibrary as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, and Art Director from 1998 to 2005. From 2005 to 2010, Jamie worked as the Creative & Digital Director at Inspired Adventures, where they were responsible for art direction, CMS and web design, social media management, and more.
In 2010, Jamie joined Greenpeace Australia Pacific and held various roles over the years. They started as an Online Content Manager from 2010 to 2012. Then, they served as a Digital Campaigner from 2012 to 2016. From 2014 to 2015, Jamie also took on the role of (Acting) Head of Mobilisation at Greenpeace. Subsequently, they worked as a Digital Fundraising Manager from 2016 to 2017, managing media, optimizing user journeys, and integrating lead generation practices. Jamie also briefly acted as the Acting Deputy Program Director during their time at Greenpeace from October to December 2017.
In 2018, Jamie joined Raisely as the Head of Growth, where they currently work. Starting in 2022, they also became a Member at Pavilion, continuing their career path.
Jamie Ling attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1990 to 1993 and obtained a BA Hons degree in Art & Design History. In 2009, Jamie enrolled at Shillington Education and completed a Certificate IV (CUV40303) in graphic design in 2010. Additionally, Jamie obtained certifications in "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn in October 2018 and in "Cultural Competence - Aboriginal Sydney" from Coursera in September 2017.
