Lead Customer Success Specialist at Raisely

Kylie Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kylie started their career at the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand as an Information Resources Specialist. Kylie then worked at Air New Zealand as a Designer for a Play Space project. Kylie gained further experience in the sports industry, working as a Recreational Gymnastics Coach/Manager at Tristar Gymnastics Club NZ and later as a Gymnastics Comp Coach at Gym Zone Ponsonby. Kylie also had internships at Kocha Studio as an Interaction Designer (UX/UI) and at DARKHORSE NZ as a Social Media Marketing Intern. Kylie then joined The IRONMAN Group as a Marketing and Social Media Assistant, where they learned about basic marketing strategies and software. Kylie later moved to Oxfam New Zealand, where they worked as an Events Assistant, responsible for customer care, event administration, and marketing support. Currently, Kylie is working at Raisely, starting as a Customer Success Specialist and progressing to Senior Customer Success Specialist. Kylie is now in the role of Lead Customer Success Specialist.

Kylie Clarke pursued their education from 2015 to 2017, studying at the Auckland University of Technology. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Creative Technologies degree, focusing on the field of Design.
