Kai Krämer

Kai Krämer is an experienced financial and operational leader with a robust background in building and managing teams across multiple countries. Currently serving as CFO at RaiseNow, responsibilities include enhancing financial operations and advising shareholders on financing strategies. Previously, as COO and CFO at Mobius Labs, Kai oversaw various functions and established a global remote-first organization. At Energy Web Foundation, contributions as CTO and Managing Director included operational transformation and supplier negotiations. Kai co-founded YMC AG, a full stack agency, and MeMo News, a SaaS application for media monitoring, where significant scaling and subsequent downsizing occurred. Academically, Kai holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Konstanz and is pursuing an MBA from The Open University.
