Lisa M. Holloway has over 20 years of experience in accounting, administration, operations, information systems and human resources functions. Lisa M. began their professional career in 1992 as Operations Manager at AMEC Earth & Environmental (formerly Ogden Environmental). In 2002, they moved on to Katz & Associates as Operations Manager, where they managed multiple operations functions and was tasked to analyze and identify weaknesses in processes, procedures and computer systems. In 2005, they joined Hawaii Kids at Work as a Member of the Board of Directors. From 2015-2017, they served as a Consultant/Contractor for Robert Half/Accountemps Salaried Professionals and Resources Global Professionals. During this time, they led activities in processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Financial & General Ledger (weekly/monthly), including audit, analysis, reconciliations, streamlining processes, and assisted with the finalization of a migration to Sage Intacct accounting software. In 2017, they became Accounting Manager at SphereCommerce (formerly Anovia Payments)/TrustCommerce (A Sphere Company), where they worked closely with the Controller to achieve all financial objectives and reporting to C-level management and investors/partners. In 2019, they were appointed Director, Accounting and Administration at iDonate, a SaaS company providing cloud-based fundraising software for charitable and other nonprofit organizations. In this role, they are responsible for taking the organization to the next level as it is in a growth period, including firming up all policies and procedures to ensure compliance to all regulatory guidance.
Lisa M. Holloway received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University. Lisa M. also attended Texas A&M University, studying Range Science and Accounting.
