Ilkka Ojansivu began their career at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) in 2011 as a Trainee at the NUTRI Unit. Ilkka then joined Raisio Nutrition Ltd. in 2012, where they held roles such as Regulatory Specialist and Area Manager. In 2017, they became the Business Manager for Licensing. Since 2019, Ilkka has been working at Raisio, initially as a Manager and currently as the Sales Director.
Ilkka Ojansivu obtained a Master's Degree in Health Biosciences, Food Development from the University of Turku in 2011. In 2006, they also obtained a Hygiene Passport.
