Olavi E.

Olavi E. has a diverse work experience starting in 2003, holding various roles in different companies. This includes roles at British Petroleum as an Analyst, at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs as a Trainee, at Aareal Bank as an Analyst, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President, and finally at Raisio in several leadership positions such as Chief Development Officer, Transformation Director, Director of Northern Europe, Rest of the World Business, Benecol licensing business, and Sales Director. Throughout their career, Olavi E. has demonstrated a strong background in finance, project leadership, and business development.

Olavi E. completed their International Baccalaureate (I.B.) at RCN United World College from 1999 to 2001. Olavi then pursued a M.A. (Oxford) in Economics and Management at the University of Oxford from 2001 to 2004, followed by a M.Sc. in Economics and Finance at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2004 to 2005. In 2010, they participated in the Executive Education - Professional Finance Programme at Hanken School of Economics. Olavi also completed the SEFE Leadership Programme in Leadership Education (EkonomiEsimies) by the Finnish Association of Business School Graduates in 2008. Lastly, they participated in the Business Talent Academy at Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku from 2016 to 2017 in the Konsortio program.
