Johnny Machado is an experienced marketing and communication professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in various roles. Currently serving as Gerente de Comunicação e Conteúdo at Raiz Educação since May 2021, Johnny leads a team of 14, focusing on enhancing brand engagement and visibility through strategic social media management, internal and external communication planning, and press relations. Previously, in roles at Escola de Negócios e Seguros, Johnny managed marketing teams and campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and media strategies. Johnny’s career began at Sistema Difusora and O IMPARCIAL, contributing to news production and online content. Johnny holds an MBA in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a degree in Comunicação Social from UFMA. Additionally, Johnny is pursuing a Head de Marketing certification from The CMOs Marketers.
