Their experience spans from production engineer to senior director, showcasing their expertise and leadership in the field.

Juliano Oliveira holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Taubate University (1994-1999). Juliano then pursued an MBA in Administration at Fia - USP (2002-2003) and completed the Black Belt Program in Lean Manufacturing and Statistics at Fundação de Desenvolvimento Gerencial in 2001.
