Current Vice President of Trading, Paulo Neves is an industrial engineer graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (“UFRJ”), with specialization in the Upstream area for the oil industry at the National Petroleum Agency (“ANP”). Paulo Neves has already worked in the telecommunications and government administration field as a business consultant in the retail area. Paulo Neves joined the Shell Group in 2002 to work as a retail manager and in the area of ​​supply of biofuels. In 2011 he assumed the position of manager of the Ethanol trading area of ​​the Raízen Group and, later, the position of Vice President of the trading area.
