Teofilo Lacroze

Teofilo Lacroze serves as the CEO Regional de Movilidad and President & CEO of Raízen Argentina since October 2018, overseeing operations in Argentina with a team of 2,500 and significant financial dimensions including a complex refinery and multiple service stations. Prior to Raízen, Teofilo held the position of President at Shell Compañía Argentina de Petróleo S.A. from July 2015 to September 2018, managing operations in Argentina and Chile and achieving notable turnover and production milestones. Teofilo's earlier career at Raízen included various leadership roles focused on commercial strategy and supply chain management in Brazil. Teofilo's experience also encompasses pivotal positions at Shell Brasil Ltda., where responsibilities ranged from supply chain oversight to retail operations. Teofilo holds an MBA from The Wharton School and has degrees from the University of Cambridge and Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
