Holly Swope has a strong background in the fashion industry, with a focus on swimwear. Holly has held various roles throughout their career, starting as an intern at Billabong International in 2006. Holly then worked as a Swim Designer for Quiksilver, designing for brands such as Roxy, Roxy Girl, and Teenie Wahine, from 2006 to 2010. Holly then joined Fox Racing as a Design Manager for Womens, where they worked from 2010 to 2016. During their time at Fox Racing, they gained valuable experience in managing a team and developing womenswear designs. In 2016, Holly joined RAJ Swim as the Director of Design and Merchandising, where they showcased their skills in design, production, sourcing, and business development. Holly demonstrated a passion for innovation and achieving high acquisition rates for new business opportunities. In 2018, Holly moved to Manhattan as a Design Manager, focusing primarily on swimwear. Holly utilized their expertise in data analysis, trend knowledge, and mentoring to create successful swim lines for numerous brands. Throughout their career, Holly has thrived in high-stress environments, excelled at problem-solving, and demonstrated a knack for thinking outside the box in the ever-changing fashion landscape.
Holly Swope attended Colorado State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Design.
