Fahad Al-Dossri is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support, currently serving as Section Head of IT - Technical Support at Rajhi Steel since October 2004. With expertise in ITIL and MCDST, Fahad has successfully managed projects such as optimizing printing solutions to enhance performance and reduce costs. Previous roles include Senior Specialist and Specialist in Technical Support, where responsibilities included providing help desk support and managing daily operations. Fahad started the career as an IT Support Trainee at King Faisal Royal Air force College. Fahad holds a diploma in Computer Networks from the College of Telecom & Information, completed in 2004.
