Bhoutik Vyas possesses extensive experience in corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across various sectors. Currently, at RAK Ceramics since January 2022, Bhoutik Vyas focuses on developing the Group's medium to long-term vision while aligning it with strategic goals. Prior to this role, Bhoutik Vyas served as a Senior Manager in M&A at Deloitte from March 2015 to January 2022, providing transaction advisory and corporate restructuring services across industries such as FMCG, Media & Entertainment, and Real Estate. Bhoutik Vyas began the career as a Manager in M&A Tax at EY from March 2008 to March 2015. Bhoutik Vyas is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Podar College of Commerce and Economics.
