Pankaj Gaikwad is an experienced data engineering and data science professional with a strong background in analytics and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer - II at Rakuten India since June 2020, Pankaj has held various roles, including Data Engineer - II and Data Science Engineer, and has contributed as a consultant for data platforms. Previously, at Motifworks, Pankaj was promoted to Senior Developer in data and analytics, after starting as a Developer specializing in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing for the healthcare and legal sectors. Earlier experience at Infosys involved significant contributions to ETL processes and reporting for retail clients, along with a foundational internship at C-DAC.
