Ajay Jha

AJAY JHA has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. AJAY started their career at Kedia Castle Delleon Industries Ltd in 1995 as an Executive-HR, where they were responsible for various HR activities such as salary preparation, attendance management, and statutory benefits. AJAY also achieved the setting up of a new office in South Extension, New Delhi.

In 1998, AJAY joined Rico Daewoo Precision Industries Ltd as a Sr. Officer-Personnel, where they handled recruitment, training coordination, salary processing, and compliance with statutory rules. AJAY also worked on budgeting and management information systems.

AJAY then joined Berger Paints India in 2000 as a Manager-HR, where they managed and implemented HR and admin activities for three factories. AJAY successfully implemented a new performance management system, identified training needs, and monitored the effectiveness of training programs. AJAY was also responsible for recruitment, selection, and induction processes.

Since 2005, AJAY has been working at RAL Consumer Products Ltd as an HR Head. In this role, they ensure proper manpower planning and optimization. AJAY develops need-based training curricula, handles legal compliance, and manages cases related to PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and legal matters.

Ajay Jha obtained a B.Sc degree in Physics from Magadh University from 1989 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from L.N.M.I Patna, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from 1993 to 1995. Later, in 2012 to 2013, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and completed an Executive Programme in Human Resource Management, focusing on Human Resources.
