Natalie Slatter

Natalie Slatter is a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented leader who oversees Raley’s operational solutions and communications. She is committed to enhancing our team member experience by simplifying processes and making complex tasks easier to execute.

After joining Raley’s in 1999 as a night baker, Natalie grew her career in positions including Store Team Leader and District Team Leader before joining the corporate leadership team.

Natalie is a graduate of the USC Food Industry Management Program and was honored as a Top Woman in Grocery by Progressive Grocer magazine in 2014. She leads with purpose and passion, committed to helping people realize their full potential.

Natalie lives in Roseville with her husband Jack and their two children.
