Tara Locaso

Tara (Yopp) Locaso possesses extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Executive Director of Labor Relations and HR at Raley's, following roles such as Senior Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations and Director of Labor Relations within the same organization. Previously, Tara held the position of Human Resources Manager at Red Hawk Casino and served as Assistant Branch Manager at PrideStaff. Additionally, Tara worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Associa - M & C Association Management. Tara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Pacific from 2003 to 2007.
