Luis Pulgar

Luis Pulgar is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Tesote since July 2023 and as a Limited Partner at RaliCap since 2020. Previously, Luis held positions at Rho as Product Manager and Client Services Director until February 2023, and at Synapse as Account Manager from 2020 to 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Development and Strategy Consultant at Flourish in 2019 and Co-Founder and CEO of Importadora VDT from 2016 to 2019, where Luis developed a successful B2B business model generating mid-seven figures in revenue. Additionally, Luis was the Head of Business Development at InterValores from 2012 to 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of California, Davis, and a BSBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Suffolk University.
