Mehdi Ousahla

Mehdi Ousahla is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment banking and venture capital. Currently serving as a Partner at Fost since July 2023 and a Limited Partner at Rally Cap Ventures since 2021, Mehdi previously held the position of Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in Fixed Income Solutions Structuring from November 2019 to April 2024. Prior experiences include serving as a Seed Investor at Fintecture, Director of Risk Premia Solutions at Societe Generale, Vice President at Nomura, and various roles in sales and structuring across firms such as UBS, Lehman Brothers, and Citigroup. Mehdi holds a Grande Ecole degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School, earned between 2003 and 2007.
