Althea Hughes-Leacock is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations and service delivery within global organizations. Currently serving as Manager of HR Shared Services and Service Delivery at Ralliant since April 2025, Althea leads a globally dispersed HR Operations team that supports employees across 20 countries. Previously, Althea held roles at Avanade, including Manager of HR Service Delivery and Senior Consultant in HR Operations, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing HR practices for over 60,000 employees across 26 countries. Althea's earlier experience includes managing HR Shared Services at XPO Logistics and leading workforce solutions at Cox Media Group. Althea’s educational background includes a BSBA in Human Resource Management from Francis Marion University and DeVry University.
