Senior Customer Success Manager at Rally

Katy Fressola has been working in the customer service and business analysis fields since 2000. Katy began their career at Analog Devices as an Applications Analyst, where they provided business analytical support focused on Analogs SAP systems initiatives. Katy worked directly with internal business partners and developed general and detailed specifications system solutions to resolve business issues. Katy also communicated and presented systems proposals to business constituents that included tactical roadmaps, logical designs, system training and implementation plans. In 2016, they joined Renbrook School as an Assistant Director of Summer Programming. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Rally as a Customer Care Manager and Customer Success Specialist.

Katy Fressola attended Bryant University Graduate School of Business from 1999 to 2000, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology. Katy then attended Bryant University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in a double major of Information Systems and Accounting.
