Neha Rathour has a diverse work experience in the field of customer marketing, user engagement & retention, product ops, operations management, technical support, and food analysis. In 2022, they began their role as Assistant Manager - Customer Marketing at Rally OurBus. In 2020, they took on the role of Manager - User Engagement & Retention, Product Ops, and Operations Manager at Medflix. In 2018, they were a Technical Support Executive at Biogenuix Medsystems Pvt Ltd. In 2017, they were an Internship Trainee at HEILEN BIOPHARM PVT. LTD. In 2016, they were a Trainee at FICCI Research and Analysis Centre, where they completed a Vocational Food Analysis Industrial Training Course.
