Rachael Alford

Rachael Alford has 16 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Rachael began their career in 1999 as a Post Doctoral Fellow at Yale University. In 2004, they joined Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where they held various roles including Vice President, Senior Director of Biochemical Process Development, Director of Purification Development, Associate Director of Purification Development, and Development Scientist. In 2020, they were appointed Head of CMC at Rallybio.

Rachael Alford attended Yale University from 1999 to 2004 and Imperial College London from 1991 to 1998.
