Preston Hay has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Digital Operations Manager for RallyPoint, where they developed a new system and procedure for ad delivery that significantly decreased errors, reduced monthly man hours by 90%, and improved campaign quality for each client. Preston was also responsible for the successful delivery of client advertising campaigns for over 10 clients each month, and advised clients on improving ad campaigns. From 2011 to 2019, Hay served in the US Army in various roles, including Squad Leader, Team Leader, and Corrections Specialist. During this time, they led and developed teams, conducted training, and provided security for detainees in Detainment Facilities. In 2019, they became the North American Marketing Manager for ADInstruments, where they led North American Marketing from big picture strategy to implementation of the multi-channel content marketing and event/webinar marketing. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, Hay worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist for Rocky Mountain Custom Trim, where they created the company's first online presence, consulted with the owner on utilizing marketing to grow the company, and organized the sourcing of inventory to fit the clients needs.

Preston Hay obtained an Associate's degree equal in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Christian University between 2018 and 2019. In 2021, they obtained a Google Ads Search Certification from Google.
