Elisa Sansot has a diverse work experience in various customer success and managerial roles. Elisa currently works at Rallyware as a Customer Success Manager, where they started in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at ThirdPartyTrust from February 2021 to October 2021.
From 2019 to 2021, Elisa worked as a Customer Success Manager at RetailApp, where they were responsible for ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of the platform by new customers. In addition, Elisa had their own entrepreneurship venture as the General Manager of Barraca da Apolonia. Elisa was responsible for commercial planning, sales, and overall business management from January 2010 to March 2012.
Elisa Sansot obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, in 2009, they attended the University of Westminster to study English as a foreign language. In addition to their formal education, Elisa also obtained a certification in "Fundamentos del servicio de atención al cliente" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
