Jerry Phenney

Jerry Phenney is an experienced professional in the construction and restoration industry, currently serving as the Assistant Regional Director at RAM Construction Services since August 2020, previously holding the role of Project Manager/Estimator in Restoration. Prior to this, Jerry was a Restoration Project Manager at DESMAN, focusing on repair and restoration for parking garages, stadiums, and building facades. Jerry's extensive background includes significant positions at Mapei Americas as National Specification and Commercial Projects Manager, and Barber and Hoffman, Inc. as Senior Design Engineer, among other managerial and engineering roles. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
