Your Role: Senior Project Manager - (OSHPD)
As a Senior Project Manager at RAM Construction, you are at the helm of transformative projects that shape the future. Your leadership is vital in guiding our talented construction teams from preconstruction to project completion, ensuring we deliver top-notch service and quality every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of full project responsibilities, overseeing all facets of construction management.
Engage in pre-construction activities, including estimating, bidding, value engineering, and scheduling to set the stage for success.
Actively manage and update project schedules, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
Maintain rigorous quality control and assurance, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed expectations, specifications, and regulatory standards.
Expertly handle change orders, documentation, correspondence, and all the nuances of project paperwork.
Foster open communication with management to align goals and expectations.
Mentor and develop team members, contributing to our collective growth and success.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience in commercial construction).
5-10+ years of managing OSHPD/HCAI projects in the healthcare construction sector.
Deep understanding of construction principles, methods, and technologies, along with excellent print-reading skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (preferably Procore), and scheduling tools.
A detail-oriented team player with a knack for managing multiple projects, ideally within RAM Construction’s core markets.
Strong communicator and active listener, able to foster team morale and collaboration.
