As an integral part of Questel's Sales Development Representative team, you will be responsible for generating leads & meetings to support Sales teams to drive business.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and well organized person to work on the following duties :
Generate qualified monthly meetings through outbound calling, email campaigns and social networks (Linkedin, Xing, ...) for the sales team on all products and service lines
Cooperation with sales managers and map the territories for prospective sales leads
Build individual approach strategy to penetrate accounts in each territory
Follow-up on Questel events and communications (webinars, newsletters, etc.)
Tracking and monitoring of monthly goals

✅ A first successfull work experience with inside sales and / or cold calling required. In addition, any combination of education, professional experience, and training that provide the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Confidence on the phone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch solutions & services on a high level
Active listening skills to assess customers' needs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and regularly report on progress
Experience with CRM software preferred
Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assignments, driven by results and ambitious to surpass the set objectives.
Fluent in French & German. Business English level
