Sharon Horn

Sharon Horn has a robust career in customer service and operations, primarily with RAM Enterprise, Inc., where Sharon served as Director of Customer Service from 2007 until retirement, managing the processing of quotes and orders for a diverse international clientele while designing and delivering customer training programs. Prior to that role, Sharon held various positions at RAM Enterprise, including Director of Operations at the Nevada Service Center and Outside Product Sales from 1995 to 2006. Their earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager for Inside Sales and Marketing, as well as an Executive Assistant at Landmark Education between 1991 and 1992.
