The corporate office for RAM is officially in Fort Washington, PA, but the company operates as a fully remote business. As such, this position is 100% remote and allows you to live anywhere in the U.S. and work from your home office. RAM does not provide sponsorship for U.S. employment and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

As a primary contributor within our strategic PMO, the Project Manager will be involved in a wide variety of projects.  The Project Manager will be “mission control” to plan and execute exciting projects ranging from new client SaaS and BPaaS implementations to professional services projects for existing clients.  Working within the PMO means collaborating across teams, influencing change, and providing clear communication as you manage high dollar, highly strategic projects for your stakeholders and our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES for the Implementation Project Manager:

*Determine and define project scope and objectives.

*Collaborate with stakeholders while leading key Waterfall or Agile meetings such as kick off, status/daily stand-ups, sprint planning, key steering, and leadership reviews to ensure successful project delivery.

*Lead entire teams; coordinate internal and external resources and vendors.

*Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

*Proactively report status, scorecard creation and fulfilling project analysis requests as well as mitigating risks using critical and creative thinking.

*Manage relationships with vendors and communicate expected deliverables.

*Contribute to vendor selection, procurement, contracting activities including RFP production agreement review/revision, vendor communication and more.

REQUIREMENTS for the Implementation Project Manager:

*PMP Certification preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.

*2 years of project management IT implementation experience, preferably in government healthcare or similar healthcare preferred.

  • Experience meeting deadlines and ability to pivot during unexpected changes.

  • Understanding of project management methodology and disciplines.
