Ankit previously held roles as a Quality Control Executive at Prataap Snacks Limited and as a Production Intern at Ramani Ice-cream Co. Ltd. Ankit also has experience in Production & Quality Control at Amul (GCMMF) and as a Quality Assurance Trainee at Regional Food Research Institute & Analysis Centre in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Food Technology and Processing from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences (SHUATS) and completed their schooling at Saraswati H S School Deen Dayal Dham Rewa MP.
