Rutale Ivan Paul

Rutale Ivan Paul has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and leadership roles. Rutale started their career as an Intern Software Engineer at the Uganda Electoral Commission in 2017. After that, they joined Andela as a Software Engineer, where they worked from July 2017 to March 2020. In 2020, Rutale became a Technical Team Lead at Infinity Computers & Communications Company LTD (i3C) until February 2021.

From February 2021 to December 2021, Rutale worked at Fairventures Worldwide gGmbH as a Team Lead / Android Developer. In this role, they were responsible for developing Android application features, managing the flow of work towards specific goals, and coordinating with the corporate team. Rutale also led team meetings and scrum sessions while ensuring the synchronization of the product roadmap.

Currently, Rutale is serving as a Senior Android Developer at Ramani, starting from June 2021. Rutale'sexperience includes expertise in Android (Kotlin), RxJava, and project management software such as JIRA and Pivotal Tracker.
