Virginia Galdieri

Virginia Galdieri is the VP of People Operations & Employee Resources at Ramapo College of New Jersey. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of the Human Resources Department at Innodata Inc. from January 2005 to December 2011. There, they were responsible for building the US, Europe and Israel HR Departments, providing strategic and tactical direction for all HR initiatives. This included talent acquisition & recruitment, organizational development, employee benefits, employee relations, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.

Galdieri has extensive experience in administering all HR functions and has been instrumental in developing recruitment strategies that align with talent acquisition initiatives and succession planning. Virginia has also overseen all benefit activities, including negotiating better premiums and re-structuring benefit options. Additionally, they have managed the employee incentive compensation program and has implemented and maintained new HRIS governing employees throughout the US and Europe.

Galdieri is well-versed in all matters relating to federal, state and local employment laws and has a keen understanding of how to implement existing and new HR policies and procedures. Virginia is also an expert in maintaining an on-going employee communication program.

Virginia Galdieri has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from St. Peter's University and an MBA from Centenary University.
