Dewi Febrianty Salim

Dewi Febrianty Salim is an experienced professional in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Head of Food and Beverage Operations at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk since January 2022, overseeing a substantial portfolio of retail locations including 9 Xiboba franchise stores, 60 Play Cafe stores, and various food and beverage operations across Indonesia, managing a team of approximately 150 staff members. Prior experience includes roles as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at a mass market retailer, Relationship Manager at Sour Sally Group, and Customer Service at PT Alpha Utama Mandiri. Dewi began the career as a License Relations Officer at Waterbom Jakarta, and holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Universitas Budi Luhur.
