Nicole D'Souza

Nicole D'Souza is an experienced marketing and communications professional, currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Director for the Americas at Ramboll since January 2019. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Director of Corporate Development at O'Brien & Gere (OBG) from May 2018 until March 2025, and began at OBG as Strategy & Branding Manager from July 2010 to May 2018. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Marketing Project Manager at OBG, Account Manager/Advertising Consultant at Davis Advertising, and Sales Representative at Dave & Busters. Nicole D'Souza holds an MS in International Marketing and a BS in Marketing, both from Saint Joseph's University.
