Paul Gerrits

Paul Gerrits is a Geotechnical Design Engineer at Ramboll since 2017, specializing in project management for geotechnical soil investigations for offshore wind development. Prior experience includes serving as a Site Engineer at Baltic Connector, managing offshore seabed intervention works, and providing geotechnical advice at Royal HaskoningDHV for numerous high-profile infrastructure projects, including airport runways and metro stations. Additionally, Paul held roles as a Geotechnical Supervisor for a major tunnel and bridge project in Doha and as a Geotechnical Engineer at DHV. Early career experience includes working as a Geotechnical Laboratory Technician at Fugro and teaching at a high school. Paul holds an MSc in Engineering Geology from both Aalto University and Delft University of Technology, along with a BSc in Applied Earth Sciences from Delft University of Technology.
