Pramod Govindan

Pramod Govindan is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Principal Engineer at Rambus since February 2022. Between January 2012 and February 2022, Pramod held various positions as Teaching and Research Faculty at multiple academic institutions, including the University of Maryland and the Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to these roles, Pramod was an Assistant Professor at Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology from September 2007 to August 2011 and worked as a VLSI Manager at Ikanos Communications (February 2006 - March 2007) and Analog Devices (April 1999 - February 2006). Pramod began the career as a Project Engineer at Network Systems & Technologies (P) Ltd from December 1997 to April 1999. Pramod holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and additional degrees in VLSI & Microelectronics and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
