Vignu Bharath

Vignu Bharath has over eight years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Deputy Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Ramco Cements Limited since September 2021. Prior to this role, Vignu held the position of Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Tube Investments of India Limited from February 2017 to September 2021, and served as HR Executive and Management Trainee at Carborundum Universal Limited between May 2015 and February 2017. Vignu holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Human Resources Management from DG Vaishnav College, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution, earned in 2013.
